 a Zumba and Day Hike event\, and we want you there! Here is the plan for t
 he day:We are kicking things off with high energy! We will start with a hi
 gh-power\, high-fun Zumba session surrounded by the great outdoors to get 
 our blood pumping and muscles warmed up.Once we have smashed the workout\,
  we will cool down by transitioning straight into a scenic day hike to rec
 onnect with nature and take in some beautiful views. It does not matter if
  you have never done a Zumba step or if you are a beginner hiker. This day
  is all about moving our bodies\, having a laugh\, and meeting great peopl
 e. We are heading out on 12 September at 07:00 AM. We will be meeting up a
 t Runhare House. All you need to bring is some comfortable workout gear\, 
 a good pair of sneakers\, plenty of water\, and your best energy. We will 
 take care of the rest. Spaces are limited so we can keep the group managea
